The issue is at stake if Wiley is going to make deep cuts into the funding of St. Paul's Univeristy Catholic Center (UWRCF). First, I want to say shame on John Wiley for putting a double standard on faith based organizations on campus, especially St. Paul's. Many faith based organizations are being funded by ASM, and I think the attacks that Wiley is doing is predatory and unconstitutional within context of the First Amendment, that Wiley is singling out a particular religion on campus on the basis of funding. The Lutheran, Muslim, Jewish, and other faith based orgs on campus do receive money from ASM, but why are Catholics being treated differently than other organizations? Second, I want to criticize ASM for also putting a roadblock to St. Paul's in its attempts to get funding. ASM's stigma of corruption lives with how it diburses funds from segeregated fees to student orgs on campus. Tim Kruse the Director of Development for St. Paul's has been infuriated and attacked by this process and he has never quit on St. Paul's. Tim has done a great job to make sure St. Paul's becomes visible on this campus. I am a member at St. Paul's and I go to mass regularly. I appreciate the efforts Tim has done to make this a part of campus for all Catholic students to have an outlet to express their faith. Third, with Mark Green now in St. Paul's corner, it sends a message that St. Paul's has someone to fight with to make sure that St. Paul's in not discriminated. The problem is left wing activist legeslation attacks Wisconsin values. Mark Green has once and always will protect the values of what makes Wisconsin great. We hope that once elected, Gov. Mark Green will make sure that no student organization on campus will be discriminated because its religous.

Tax Day Has Passed, WE HAD ENOUGH!!

On April 17th, all of us taxpayers all sent in their taxes at the Post Office. I want to say, I did mine ahead of time, and got a huge chunk of change back. Sadly, we are being taxed to the limit in Wisconsin. We are the seventh highest taxed state in America, Maine is the number one most taxed state in the nation. Because of this, our seniors are moving out of state, and our college grads will go to Illinois or Minnesota to find their new jobs. Mark Green on tax day, said enough is enough at rallies in South Milwaukee and Green Bay. Mark Green when he gets elected will force the legeislature into a special session to pass a new property tax freeze, and pass the Taxpayer Protection Amendment. This is something that our state needed at least twenty years ago. Many of the teachers unions and government sector employees are complaining about the TPA saying it will raid services, what it will do is force government to do more with less. The TPA limits government growth and tax spending. People want more money from their paychecks, not high taxes. We want a government that is responsible but not large. We need common sense back in Wisconsin, and I want to appluad Mark Green for his continued stands on who he will be Wisconsin's Taxpayer Hero.

Welcome Back

I am back blogging after taking a while off to visit family, take care of some stuff, and watching the Badgers in Milwaukee win their first NCAA hockey title in 16 years. With the elections becoming high drama, Right Out of Dane County will focus on this along with other issues that matter the most. Right now is a great time to be a republican, and we are happy to hear that we are still in the fight to this day to know that Mark Green and Paul Bucher are still in the running to win. Violate church and state? It claimed that the City is using a religous symbol, and it should not be on city property. The United States Consitiution does not list this in the first amendment, it only lists that the government should not declare an official religion. Jeff Wagner claimed on his website on WTMJ radio is that angels are not the same symbol as Jesus Christ. That is agreed. So not only add this, but an bunch of non-sensical lawsuits and demands they have tried to go after such as:

Claiming the RA's in the UW-System should not have bible studies

That the UW should not fund St. Paul's Catholic Center on campus.

Now, claiming that angels are religous.

I am a practicing Catholic, and finding out that they want the UW to cut funding for the catholic center is absrud. This is one my favorite places to go on campus and I am a member of that organization. Associated Students of Madison and the UW Board of Regents do fund all faith based organizations including catholic, jewish, islam, and protestant organizations on campus. So, there is a slippery slope going on. There is an logical fallicay with the Freedom from Religion Foundation.

Two, with the RA case, thank finally the UW Board of Regents for getting their heads out of their butts and knowing that what Lance Stieger done was not unconsitiutional. Lance Stieger had this right knowing he did not force it on anyone.

Three, with now this case directed towards the angels, I am accusing the Freedom from Religion Foundation of being anti-christian, anti-faith-based, and anti-catholic in an extreme manner. Their mission is to divide and conquer our land with their ultra liberal approach.

It is not just Catholics, but all religions that are getting attacked by this extremist agenda only to dividing society.

This is why liberalisim in the extreme sense attacks the core of our fabric of society.

Doyle Asks Falk to Run: Houston we Have a Problem!!

Houston we have a problem. The subject of the lawsuit is of the morning after pill. Lautenschlager wants the morning after pill over the counter and without a prescription for a reason: to cut taxes. Cut Taxes? This is nonsense. This is NOT what an attorney general is supposed to be doing. Also, Peg Lautenschlager claims that there is an economic benefit to abortion, because it would elminate medicaid and Badger Care payments for unwanted pregancies. Paul Bucher said on his blog: "The Current Attorney General just said that lowering taxes is a reason to terminate babies." Now the statement revealed against Lautenschlager does prove she has an activist agenda, something an attorney general should NOT have while being an AG. Two, there is no economic right for abortion. All life is sacred in general, and abortion for economic gain is wrong and immoral. I am an adopted child at birth, and I truly am blessed by the holy spirit to live life and even be in a position to graduate from UW-Madison in a year and a half from now. Getting back to the main tone of what I am posting, a attorney general fights cases in the courtroom for the good of our citizens, not activists and special interests. To go after a special interest lawsuit like the one Lautenschlager is doing is a total waste of time and taxpayer money. I agree with WTMJ's Jeff Wagner that the lawsuit is pathetic. I would say it would be pathetic that an AG wastes our hard earned money for activist agendas, especially claiming that abortion has economic good. None of my textbooks on ethics claim so. More than ever we need a leadership change from top to bottom, and Paul Bucher is the most qualified candidate that will resurrect the DOJ. Wisconsin voters have a chance this year to claim back the DOJ and doing so by voting for Paul Bucher.

A Special Series Coming to Right Out of Dane County

I wanted to tell you that there will be a special series coming to Right Out of Dane County. Read this article, and you will find out why James Senesenbrenner is on the democrats hit list.

http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/W/WI_SENSENBRENNER_CHAIRMAN_WIOL-?SITE=WTMJ&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2006-03-20-01-16-21

Feingold and His Censure Grandstanding-It Shows He is telling Wisconsin to talk to the hand

Well, so Russ Feingold is off to being his old liberal self again. Now, with the censure he has wanted to do with the president, I ask is he really showing Wisconsin the back of his hand. Russ Feingold has a listening session in every Wisconsin county every 12 months, so I ask one thing listen to the people who are getting sick of your way left wing approach, especially in the republican dominated regions in Wisconsin. I hope they give Russ an censure he'll never forget. This shows that Wisconsin cannot take a huge liberal shift, especially this election year.

With The Barry Bonds Book Going on The Shelf soon, Congress needs to reform Mr. Bud Light the Commissioner of MLB

With all the congress investigations of steriods in baseball, what maddens me the most is Congress not attacking all out at Mr. Bud Light, yes Commissioner Bud Selig. As the book about the Barry Bonds allegations will be released? I have some questions to ask Bud Selig if I were serving on the House committie dealing with the steriod issue?

1. Why have you been waiting so long to get a steriod policy, and why do you say it is the policy to end all policies?

2. If So, why does it lack teeth, and why are you showboating on this issue?

3. If Barry Bonds refuses to talk about the issue to the media, why are you not investigating the issue? I would like to know why baseball in general has it administrative heads stuck in its butts about reforming America's Pastime other than steriod reform?

4. If Jose Canseco is so honest about Ralfael Palmerio and Mark McGuire taking steriods in his tell all book, and with the Palmerio suspension uncovering the truth, why are you not taking action? Man, you are defiently a Bud Light when it comes to being comisssioner.

As we approach the opening of what could be a exciting Brewers season, I want to jump a little to my agenda if I was the commissioner of MLB:

1. ALL Teams will adhere to a salary cap including the Yankees. This will give the Brewers a better chance of winning.

2. There will be a stricter sterioid policy:
First offense: 1 season
Second Offense: Lifetime Ban, but can apply for reinstatement after three years.

It's time to get real man. Don't need to brag, but my policy will end all Selig policies.

3. Pete Rose will be let in the hall of fame, he has never bet on the Reds, so therefore he should be in the hall of fame for breaking an untouchable mark, breaking Ty Cobbs record.

4. There will be equal revenue sharing, off TV contracts, and whatever that keeps small and mid market teams competitive.

5. Making sure that we keep America's pasttime affordable for all families.

6. Expanding the playoff system.

16 Teams 8 AL, 8 NL

Quarterfinals: Single elimination
Division Series: Best of 5
LCS and World Series: Best of 7.

Hopefully as I will have my eventual hot dog and Miller High Life at the ballpark, I hope that baseball fans will take a serious examination of consience before judging on Barry Bonds.

Madison and Appleton are Suffering Big on Smoking Bans in Bars

It would be close to one year since Appleton and Madison posted very contrevorsial smoking bans. Yes, I am an non-smoker, but you need to know one simple opinion, it is up to the bar owners to decide if smoking is allowed not the government. I personally know a bowling alley owner back up in Appleton who at one time was my marketing teacher at Appleton North. I talked to him, and he said: "As a business we do not need to be told what to do with smoking." If we believe in that, then why is it we hear that popular joints like the Green Room and Sports Pub in Madison and The Bar in Downtown Appleton are on the brink of going out of business? In Madison, the only bars that are surviving are the downtown bars. The bars on the far east and west sides are the ones who are suffering. Now, if another large city in Wisconsin wants to pass a smoking ban in bars, they should take a few days and a few dollars along to bars in Appleton and Madison, and see the effects of their biased legisltion. They should ask the bartenders if they are still surviving, and if so ask what are they going to do to get through the tough times. This leads to hopefully the State of Wisconsin will finally pass a statewide bill that will allow smoking in bars. People like to drink and smoke in the bar. Now, where do those people go, they go to Middleton, Sun Prairie, and Fitchburg to smoke and drink. The suburbs are getting the business. As an election year apporaches I hope that those seeking elected office will tackle this issue, and find a way to protect the bars.

John Mercure's Uncut Blog Is a True Breath of Fresh Air

I wanted to post something of a blog I have been seeing called Mercure Uncut. It is by John Mercure an investigative reporter for WTMJ-TV 4 in Milwaukee. I wanted to give his blog two personal thumbs up. John Mercure is like the only journalist in the State of Wisconsin out of all media markets (Green Bay/Appleton, Madison, Milwaukee, Superior/Duluth, LaCrosse/Eau Claire, and Wausau) to actually tell like it is. With how much spin and half-truths the current news media goes around, John Mercure goes over the top for a reason. What I was impressed was about one of his posts in which his cameaman's lens got smacked, and Mercure got almost assualted over a wedding video scam while uncovering the truth on camera. Mercure explained his reasons, and how often do you hear this from a journalist? Rarely. John Mercure is an courageous journalist who does not want to be denied. We hope that John Mercure and what he does inspires more of the media to finally do whatever it takes to get the real story reported.

His blog is at:

http://todaystmj4.com

Another Oracle Contract, More Tainted $$$$$$$$

There was another no-bid contract for Oracle again, and again allegations rise of more tainted $$$ in Jim Doyle's war chest. This means that more kids can escape the hell of Milwaukee Public Schools to achieve their dreams. If I would be living in Milwaukee right now, I would never ever put my kids in Milwaukee Public Schools. I would seriously consider private schools for my future kids like Milwaukee Marquette or DSHA. But, still the cap needs to go. A cap is not a number, but a barrier for kids in low income neighborhoods to achieve their dreams. Jim Doyle and his buddies at WEAC are fearing this right now, they are fearing that their grip is slipping, and it is slipping as Jim Doyle's approval rating falls like leaves right now. Mark Green is committed to ending the cap. Mark Green is the only candidate republican or democrat that has submitted a real proposal to ending the caps on Milwaukee School Choice. Lastly, I would consider expanding the Milwaukee Voucher Program to the entire state of Wisconsin. Madison, Green Bay, and some other large cities in Wisconsin could use this program. It is time to give parents and their kids the choice on where they want to go to school, not bureaucrats.

Justice Is Finally Served

Scott Jensen was found guilty yesterday in Dane County Court on three felony counts of misconduct in public office during the caucus scandal. That means Scott Jensen could face up to sixteen years in prison after his sentencing. This means right there that all along Scott Jensen was committing sabotage on the Republican party. When he tried to incriminate both Mark Green, Scott Walker, and Tommy Thompson, the jury found that he did it only to cover the lies he produced on the witness stand. For Republicans, this is nothing to worry about because Scott Jensen was out to divide and conquer the republican party. On a last line, I hope they put Scott Jensen in the same prision cell with Chuck Chvala, now talk about a fight.

For Heavens Sake Put The Damage Caps Back Into Law

Again we have another chance for Wisconsin to reintroduce an meaningful noneconomic damages cap of $750,000. Again, please get this signed into law before Wisconsin becomes lawsuit heaven. It is sickening to see that laywers from out of state are taking advantage of Jim Doyle's polticial gain by coming to sue the heck out of doctors. I have heard enough radio ads on WIBA driving to wrestling tournaments I referee that convince me to keep our doctors in this state. In the ad I heard, that some doctors will not have enough lawsuit insurance to keep them in Wisconsin. I mean, doctors move to Wisconsin because in some states like Illinois medical malpractice lawsuits in Illinois are out of control. Having a damage cap stops frivilous lawsuits before it starts. It is time that Mr. Doyle puts families first before trial laywers. Because if this is the fourth veto, I mean our doctors will have hard time doing business in this state.

Mark Green's Stand on the Death Penalty Is Innovative and an example to follow

With the divided senstivities on the issue of the death penalty, I endorse Mark Green's opinon of the death penalty, and adding the DNA evidence provision to prove guilt before execution. Mark Green has in the best way adressed to both sides of the issue, and has the best plan in which I think every state that has the death penalty should follow to. I have friends back at the dorm I live at in which their home states have the death penalty, and yes they beleive that DNA evidence should be used as a basis for conviction that involves exceution. Those I know from out-of-state say that death penalty appeals are a huge problem. States like California and Texas should look at what Mark Green is doing. Yes, it should be used rarely, but in the recent time it could of have been used for certian murder cases especially the ones of David Spanbauer and Kenneth Hudson. Those who are sadistic, evil, cruel, and show no remorse to their victims should be imposed the same fate, in which they imposed to victims. But the DNA evidence link is key to broad support of this law. I commend Mark Green for his innovative approach to this touchy issue, and we hope that once November comes people will vote for a candidate like Mark Green in which puts families first.

Governor Doyle Is In Trouble

When you know that a candidate cannot get approval above or at 50%, you know a candidate is in dire trouble. This is the case with Jim Doyle. Doyle is at 41% approval rating right now. The lowest in a few years. This shows right there that people are getting totally fed up with Mr. Doyle. Jim Doyle is having a serious problem facing the truth, and every accusation of tainted campaign cash proves right there that yes, we need a change, and we are getting sick of this administration. I was never a Twins fan, but I remember watching him when I was young, and admired the talent he brought every day. Learning more about him as he was able to get out of the projects of South Chicago and was able to become a hero for an entire state, is an inspiration in the true word. Everyday, I live with the belief nothing is impossible with God. Kirby Puckett lived true to this belief, as his trademark smile and body is what fans will remember forever. Kirby Puckett, was able to become a true hero, one for an entire state. In this day of big money, Kirby Puckett was a true hall of famer by playing all his career with one team. Not too many sports stars do this today. When an athlete who wants more money keeps on bickering, he should take the time to look at what Kirby Puckett has done. Kirby Puckett defined excellence on and off the field. I know these days will be rough for the Twins and their fans, but the best way they need to do to get over this is to just play in his memory and play on emotion. My prayers go out to the Puckett Family, The State of Minnesota, and the Twins organization, its players, coaches, staff, and fans in this time of need. Kirby, thank you for making baseball great, and being an inspiration to the lives of all people. May the power of the holy spirit, let Kirby Puckett #34 rest in peace.

The Scott Walker Sleaze Machine

I am so disapalled by Scott Walker and his false advertisement towards Mark Green. I am outraged by the Freedom from Religion Foundation, and its liberal, slimy, baseless attacks against the UW Roman Catholic Foundation. Faith based initatives like St. Paul's University Catholic Center deserve to be funded by a state university like UW-Madison. These are the same liberals that are for having the pledge of allegiance changed, and siding with rich special interests over the UW-Eau Claire Bible study case. As I celebrate Ash Wenesday tomorrow like any other catholic in Wisconsin, take time to pray and be thankful that UW system funding is still protected to the faith based organizations on campus. Like Mark Green, I support funding for faith based initatives. Faith makes difference in people's lives. Yes, catholic faith has made a strong impact in my life, and it helped me beat the odds to get admitted to UW-Madison. The Current Athletic Director at Tomahawk must get it beneath his head that Anthony Lampe was given a legal right to go to the state tournament, and yes he did win his way to become the undisputed champion at 112 pounds in division 2. Anthony Lampe won a sectional, and won state. Anthony Lampe rightfully won his way to the D2 State Championship. The court proceedings were taking place today, and yes it was an unfortunate incident, in which one too many people are overreacting back in Tomahawk. Also, I want to give a huge disapproval to all the media around Wisconsin that is trying to sensationalize this story. All the media, including the Wausau area media that serves Tomahawk should be ashamed for the pain they are putting the Lampe family through right now. The attorney that is representing the Lampe family should be honored for fighting for what is right. What I disapprove of this is the reporters from all around Wisconsin at the state wrestling tournament confront both Alyssa and Anthony Lampe about the legal situation in which they should only talk about wrestling and only wrestling. I am a die hard collegiate style wrestling fan and I go to the WIAA State Tournament every year to share my love and passion for the sport of wrestling. The media needs to get their stupid nose out of this and not make this a statewide front page story that makes ESPN for the wrong reasons. Right now it is just an allegation, so their attorney had every right to request an injunction to allow Anthony Lampe to wrestle in the state tournament. What I suggest the Athletic Director in Tomahahwk does is not be biased and listen to only the facts in these cases. Sometimes how AD's approach code of conduct violations can be overreacting, and yes my AD I had in high school Paul Engen has been overreactant on code of conduct especially technicalities. For now, let the legal system take its course, and do not let the big money chasers around the state make this front page news.

The Doyle Attack Machine Is Up and Running

Well almost eight months to the general election, the mudslinging has started towards republicans and democrats. Jim Doyle's poll numbers are slipping like he is almost getting pinned in a wrestling match. A democrat watchdog group known as the Greater Wisconsin Committie has been putting on the radio dirty, baseless, and untruthful advertising both directed at Mark Green and Scott Walker. The first ad towards Mark Green has claimed that Mark Green is connected to Jack Ambramhoff and Scott Jensen. Well, lets say this, no evidence is proven that Mark Green is related to the scandals in Madison or Washington. Second, the same group accused Scott Walker of being involved in the travelgate scandal, although an audit cleared him of no wrongdoing. Get the picture, the dems are losing and are not liking what they are seeing right now. What do they do best, divide, conquer, and be dirty. Now, lets add that Doyle's campaign is being investigated by a federal grand jury. So therefore, where are all the tainited dollars Doyle is keeping for? Its for dirty attack ads. People from Madison to Superior from Appleton to Beloit no matter if they are rich, poor, work in a union, or work as a CEO had enough of this crap. Alyssa Lampe almost became the first girl in United States wrestling history to win a state title. She lost 6-3 to a wrestler from Chetek in the title match. But, the best part was the Friday night semifinals in which Alyssa won on a last second takedown to earn her way in the finals. All 18,000 fans were screaming for her to win all throughout this tournament. Alyssa, The Lampe Family, and the entire Tomahawk wrestling program display the true spirt of the State of Wisconsin. Lets all use this story to motovaite us for the upcoming elections knowing that with hard work, help is on the way and anything is possible.

Nick Reid-Why Wisconsin Needs Him NOW!!!

I want to give another endorsement on my blog, but this time for what could be a heated 7th district congressional race between Dave Obey and Nick Reid. I want to give an endorsement all the way from Madison to Nick Reid. Nick Reid is the best candidate to unseat Dave Obey, and to unmantle the Obey dynasty. Dave Obey has been in Congress way too long, and it seems to me that his time in Washington is starting to run out. Northwest Wisconsin needs a strong voice in Nick Reid that will represent voters, not wealthy special interests, that will put the needs of making Northwest Wisconsin strong. Voters need a change, and I feel it is important that we give our support to Nick Reid in putting the seventh district back in the republican column, and to help Wisconsin with its goal of republican majority in the state delegation of the US House.

Republicans Are for the Working People, Democrats Are for Rich, Special Interests

Let me make this clear. Republicans are for the working people of Wisconsin, Democrats say their tradition is for the working people, but its changed to become the party of the rich and the special interests. Republicans bring real reform that is responsible. Not copycat democrats who think they can be republicans. The real deal to the matter is from being raised in a republican family, Republicans are for real. This election day vote for working families the right way. Vote Republican, for real tax reform, real social reform, and making Wisconsin Great. The copycat democrats can claim they will be for working people, but in reality they will give the big paydays to special interests, the Madison liberal eliete, and trial laywers.

Mark Green-The Right Man to Lead Wisconsin

From knowing Mark Green being a former resident of the 8th Wisconsin Congressional District, I want to give my second endorsement to future Governor Mark Green. Mark Green, is what this state needs to become great again. Mark Green had an unparlleled record of success being a US Congressman by cutting taxes, strengthing homeland security, stopping unfair trade deals, keeping our kids safe, and promoting family values. Mark Green is capable this November of returning Wisconsin to becoming great again. Mark Green represents all of Wisconsin. We respect Scott Walker's run for governor, but we someone that understands all of Wisconsin in every corner of Wisconsin, not just Milwaukee. Mark Green is going to take the for sale sign off our state capitol, and returning it to being open for the people. Mark Green is committed to getting rid of Wisconsin's tax hell, restoring integrity to elections with photo ID requirements, and getting rid of junk lawsuits that force busineeses and professionals to move somewhere else. Mark Green is for the working people of Wisconsin, not special interests, the rich, and trial laywers. Everytime, I had to write a letter or e-mail to Mark Green about any issue, he is personal, and he understands people. Mark Green pulled off an upset win to win his first term in office. In November, it is time to restore Wisconsin to full potential, it is time for Mark Green to be our next governor.

Why Paul Bucher Will Be Next Attorney General

I want to put my first endorsement on this blog. I am endorsing Paul Bucher for attorney general. Paul Bucher is the most qualifed canadidate to become an attorney general. Paul Bucher fits what an attorney general should be in my definition. That is go to court when you are expected to fight cases, lead a staff of state attorneys, lead consumer protection without glamour, and fourth putting the law above politics. Paul Bucher fits this definition, and I would be happy to see him clean up The Department of Justice. Paul Bucher represents our values, and I am inspired by his story of hard fight towards college to become a lawyer. The Taxpayer Protection Act, is the first step in getting rid of the tax hell this state is in. Wisconsin is one of the most heavily taxed states in the nation, but the current administration has just left a legacy of higher taxes. We need to help local governments out in terms of shared revenue, but we need to responsible on how government grows, and spends. By limiting the amount each year government can grow, government will learn to do more with less resources. Real tax relief begins with a property tax freeze, and the Taxpayer Protection Act. Like Mark Green, I would call both houses of the legislature in a special session right off the bat to get the job done. Hard working people need tax relief now, not relief for trial laywers and special interests.

Why We Need Real Tutition Reform

Recently, the UW System Board of Regents approved a tution decrease for out of state students except Washington DC and Minnesota. Well, something doesn't sit well, all of us in-state students are going to get our bills jacked up AGAIN!! This really shows you that again that the current administration does not represent our interests. The dems are just focused on their special interest buddies in which they get a big payday. This is a shame for crying out loud, when in-state students and their families need a much needed tution break, they get slapped in the face for out-of-state students. I appluad future Gov. Mark Green for his words saying it is time to put back Wisconsin in the University of Wisconsin. Other than that, the UW system needs a major overhaul and reform to better serve our interests. Dave Magnum has a strong shot of defeating Tammy Baldwin. Magnum represents South Central Wisconsin, not out of state special interests like Tammy Baldwin is represented to. Rep. Baldwin gets a lot of money from California, and what is the money being done for South Central Wisconsin, nothing. Tammy Baldwin, has lied to the Madison area saying she would pass standardized health care, but she does nothing about it. People in Madison, Beloit, Portage, and all around the 2nd district are getting fed up with the do nothing, tax and spend liberal machine. It is up to our voters to actually get Dave Magnum in Congress. I met Dave Magnum and his research director at a College Republicans social, and I am impressed with his momentum that he wants to not take back the 2nd district, but help take back our state republicans. The 2nd district, along with the 8th district are the most critical US House races this year. If Wisconsin gets a Republican majority in the US House, this means better leaverage for the 2008 elections, and a chance to further solidify why the GOP is the real deal in all corners of Wisconsin.

The 8th District Congressional Race-Why the 8th Needs John Gard

Despite, I rarely frequent my home area of Appleton and the 8th congressional district, I want to put in my two cents worth for John Gard of Pesthigo. John Gard represents the future of the 8th District, the 8th District has always been conservative for many years, and that district cannot afford to take a huge liberal shift. John Gard and his record in the state legeislature is one that no one can match, even the Democrats that are trying to vie for that ticket. I remember the last time a democrat won the district was Jay Johnson, he only lasted one term, because voters of the 8th district do not tolerate radical liberalisim. Mark Green gave John Gard his endorsement, and its more important than ever that the 8th follows the footsteps of many great republicans that have led the district, and made the fox river valley area better those are Toby Roth, Mark Green and countless others that made the 8th district a republican stronghold.

The So Called New Democrat Party

Can you ever have a new low for the democrats in Wisconsin, they are presenting a new agenda that is just copying republican ideas. Let me tell you they sort of resemble Wendy's and those old where's the beef ads, so really wheres the beef to all this stuff you are proposing? I just laughed at first sight, that they are now wanting to be like us republicans. Why settle for a fake republican, while you can get the real deal. More than ever the republicans have to gain back our state, and if we do this will be the best election year ever for our party. We need to stay hungry if we want to have a dominating election day, this means sticking to what we do best. The results will be endless. My projections on election day.

Republican Governor/Lt. Let me tell you, I do not need to go further in my family in which my brother and my Dad are facing the pain of this fake freeze. My Dad who is retired, and lives in Clintonville which is North of Appleton, his property taxes went up $121 this year for the first time he has lived there since he retired. My brother, who is married and has a son in Appleton, has been facing a rising onslaught of his taxes going up every year since he bought it. One is retired, and lives on social secuirty, one is making a very decent living and has a kid, who is affected by this, both my brother and my Dad. There is no further proof that we need to have a REAL FREEZE NOW!! We need to have property taxes frozen every year there is a Green or Walker in Office for Governor. We need to stop having this high property tax levy go to wasteful spending, and if you want to ask why the lottery credit came down, because thanks to secret, illegal gaming compacts with the indian tribes, the state lottery does not pull its end of the bargin on property tax relief like it advertises. It is time that our state needs a new governor that will keep our property taxes in check. It is time to give everyone a REAL freeze that every taxpayer deserves.

School Choice-NO CAP PLEASE!!

When looking at Mark Green's website, I saw that there is an enrollment cap on the Milwaukee School Choice program. Well, if it's not going to be lifted there are going to be more problems. School Choice voucher program works, because it allows parents in Milwaukee to give their kids the best education possible even if they cannot afford it. From being a sports official, I officiated wrestling tournaments at the Milwaukee Public High Schools and the environment is horrible. Milwaukee is a city in which parents have to consider private schooling, or public schooling in the suburbs just to get a good education. Milwaukee is a city that needs it, and if the cap is not lifted, Milwaukee will just become worse. Also, if at all possible, expand this program statewide. Madison is a city that could need school choice vouchers, because I saw on a billboard near Memorial Union that kids in low-income neighborhoods are 3 grade levels behind than high income students on reading and math. WEAC just does nothing as it sees WI have the worse achievement gap between white and minority students. WEAC is just nothing, but a friend for democratic lobbying. Therefore, if we want to give every kid a great school, we need to level out the playing field for all.

ACLU Prisoner Sex Change Lawsuit

Let me tell you of a huge waste of taxpayer dollars at our hands. Recently there has been a lawsuit by the ACLU by four prisioners that the State should allow taxpayer dollars pay for their sex change procedure. You know what, this is garbage. This is not supposed to be happening, having our hard-earned money go to scums in prision who want sex-change procedures. What is sickening is that our current Attorney General is siding with the ACLU and just letting this happen. I hope for one, this lawsuit gets struck down, two that we need to have a new attorney general in this state. One, that will do the real job description of 1. being the states top cop, 2. fighting cases in court when supposed to, and 3. directing a staff of state attorneys. Vote for Paul Bucher or J.B. Van Hollen this fall to end this nonsense.

Jim Doyle Is At it Again-More Tainted Campaign Cash

It was reported in today's Daily Cardnial that Jim Doyle has been accepting more tainted campaign cash than ever before. Guess what accepting money off a no-bid contract with Oracle Software. In the article, the contract was credited by Doyle's Administration by saving the taxpayer's money. WHAT? You say it saves all us hard earned people money, NOT!!! In reality, our taxpayer's money is wasted for the political advancement of Jim Doyle. When Repulicans are going to ask the governor to return his campaign cash on this contract, he'll just refuse to give it back just with the Adelman contract. It is time that we need to take the "for Sale" sign off at the state capitol. This is just once again, that Doyle-Laywton needs to go. Please vote in September for Mark Green or Scott Walker to defeat this mess, and lets take back the state capitol.

Welcome

Welcome to Right out of Dane County, a conservative blog that takes a no-nonsense approach out of the poltical scene in Dane County.

I am Kyle Maichle, a UW-Madison junior transfer student, I am a consumer science major right now, after just graduating from MATC-Madison.

This blog will take a fresh approach to give our conservatives a voice in which they can be heard.

Welcome and enjoy common sense.
